Hello Readers! This post is about some cupcakes I baked a few days ago. Cupcakes are very popular especially with TV shows like Cupcake Wars and popular cupcake bakeries like Sprinkles, Georgetown Cupcakes, etc. I love making cupcakes because it's a more personalized size for people to eat. I made these because there were two of my co-workers who were going to leave the store and I wanted to send them off with a little good bye gift. One wanted chocolate and the other wanted vanilla cupcakes. I found this recipe about spending a countless amount of time on Google and found it on Pinterest instead. I wanted something quick and easy and not complicated. It's very simple and doesn't require a lot of work. What was nice about it was that I could use it to make the vanilla AND the chocolate cupcakes.
